This policy explains what information BizAI USA, a trade name of Private Equity CFO LLC ("we," "us"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website (bizaiusa.com) and the AI receptionist, reminder and follow-up services we provide to our business clients.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. If you email us or submit the contact form on this website, we receive your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything else you choose to include, along with whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- From our business clients. When a business signs up, we collect the information needed to set up the service, such as business hours, services, prices, calendar access and contact details.
- When someone calls or texts a client's line. On behalf of our clients, our systems may process the caller's phone number, name, the reason for the call, appointment details, call recordings and transcripts, and text messages exchanged.
- Invoice reminders. For clients using payment reminders, we process the customer's name, contact details, invoice number, amount and due date as provided by the client.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not ask you to create an account. The contact form is provided by our customer-management provider, which may use essential cookies to operate the form and protect it from spam.
How we use information
- To answer calls, book and manage appointments, send reminders and follow-ups, and send call summaries to the client business.
- To respond to your questions and provide the services you request.
- To test, maintain and improve the quality and safety of the service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With the client business you called, booked with, or were invoiced by.
- With service providers that help us run the service, such as telephone, text-messaging, calendar, email, hosting and AI-processing providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
Text messages
Our clients may send appointment confirmations, reminders and invoice reminders by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages.
Call recording and AI
Calls answered by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed so the client business has an accurate record and so we can improve the service. Callers are told they are speaking with an automated assistant. The AI receptionist does not provide medical, legal or financial advice and is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
Health information
Where a client is a healthcare provider, we handle any protected health information only under a signed Business Associate Agreement and only as that agreement and applicable law permit.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service to our client and to meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@bizaiusa.com. If your information was provided by one of our client businesses, we may refer your request to that business. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
